2 - Under contract situations we are now able to offer breakdown response times down to 4 hrs (Subject to location and country).


3 - Origin Water offer a full no obligation service contract quotation system where we will visit site and quote for any contacts that may be ready to tender.


4 - A full technical service schedule and database will be produced for each contract and a site specific engineer will be allocated to your site and equipment ensuring continuity and and a personal service not offered by any of our competitors.

5 - Spares for your water equipment will always be in stock at Origin Water and the cost off these will be substantially lower than what our competitors are now charging. You can check the price of most spares you will be requiring by sending us your consumables or aux equipment range requirements .


6 - For total breakdown or emergency situations in some cases, dependent upon contract Origin Water will hold temporary plant to ensure that water is available in the worst-case scenarios.


7 - All Origin Water technician's are fully trained and carry an extensive range of spares and water analytical equipment.


8 - For Media filtration applications We now offer resin and other media analysis services enabling our customers to fully understand the condition of the media and to prevent any breakdown of equipment. Our water treatment service contracts now include a yearly media analysis and report giving our customers an indication of efficiency and exhaustion levels.
